Tolmachevo history.
The Tolmachevo airport is located near Novosibirsk city, in the middle of Russia where airways from the east and west are crossing.The airport nearness to one of major Russian scientific/industrial cities caused the airport growth into the biggest commercial airfield in Siberia. Now days Tolmachevo is a traffic distribution center and links about 80 cities, with both domestic and international flights. Most of flights are linking Novosibirsk with biggest Russian cities, like Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Krasnodar and Khabarovsk.
